Verizon wireless is on a path to trim the fat from its operations and unfortunately, that means the loss of jobs in its call center business. The service provider has announced the coming termination of 160 employees in its Meriden call center by the end of August. This list includes representatives, an administrative assistant, managers and other professionals currently working in continuity marketing operations.
